Credit and Debit Cards
We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards, as well as American Express credit cards, for orders shipped to Canada&USA. You can save multiple cards on Yellowpanda.store for your convenience. During checkout, you can add, update, or remove your card information and select one card for payment.
Once your card is authorized, funds are held until the transaction is finalized. Payment is processed when your order ships.
Ensure your billing information matches your financial statement exactly. Any discrepancies in details, such as the spelling of city, province, or territory names, may prevent order processing. For accuracy, contact your financial institution to confirm the correct billing address.
For added security, Sephora may ask for the 3- or 4-digit card identification number (CID/CVN/CVV/CVC) on Visa, MasterCard, or American Express cards for certain orders. Refer to the guide below for help locating your card's identification number.
PayPal
PayPal is another payment option available for your purchases on www.yellowpanda.store It allows anyone with an email address to securely make online payments. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay using your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal balance for any transaction.

Shipping Information (Canada)
Order processing takes 1-3 business days, regardless of the shipping option chosen at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are not shipped the same day. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will likely ship on Tuesday, but if you place an order on Friday, it will likely ship on Monday. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note, express shipping fees and third-party charges are non-refundable.
If the shipping or billing address provided is inaccurate or incomplete, or if there are unverified order details, processing may be delayed by 1-2 additional business days. To avoid delays, we recommend double-checking all information before completing your purchase.
Packages may or may not require a signature upon delivery. Most are left in a mailbox or at the front door, but the courier may hold the package at a post office or reschedule delivery if they consider it unsafe to leave unattended. For a smoother delivery experience, we suggest using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package, such as a workplace or a friend’s address.
International Taxes and Duties
For international customers (outside the United States and Canada), any inbound duties, taxes, or additional fees determined by your local customs authority are your responsibility. These charges are paid directly to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Oakcha, meaning they are non-refundable.
We ship international orders on a DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid) basis, so these fees are not included in the purchase price. All applicable duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient to receive the package. Since we cannot predict these fees, we recommend contacting your country’s customs office or tax agency for more information on charges for international shipments.
Please note, DHL will pay any required duties and taxes on your behalf as soon as the goods enter your country to expedite the delivery process. Your package will only be released after full reimbursement of the duties and taxes paid on your behalf. Occasionally, DHL may send you an invoice after delivery, covering these charges plus a small administrative fee.
Order Tracking
After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This process can take up to 48 hours. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
If you encounter issues with your tracking number or delivery, please reach out to the courier directly before contacting us. Note that tracking information may take 1-3 days to update. In rare cases, tracking may not update, but your order will still be delivered. If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Returns or Not Delivered
By placing an order with YellowPanda, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. For detailed instructions on returning your package, please refer to our Returns Policy.
All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. If the tracking shows your order was delivered to the provided address but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly to investigate the issue. YellowPanda is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier to the specified address.
If you’ve previously experienced lost or stolen packages at your residence, we recommend using a work address for delivery to ensure your package arrives safely.

Returns and Exchange
Within 14 Days of Purchase:
The 14-day return period begins on the date your order ships. Merchandise can be refunded in the original payment method and amount used for the purchase.
In-store returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days back to the original payment method. If proof of purchase cannot be provided or if your order number contains only numbers (no letters), the store will send your return to the distribution center for processing. Please allow 14 business days for the return to be received and processed, plus an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to be issued. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Important: Refund amounts may be adjusted based on any offers or promotions applied at the time of purchase. Discounts, free items, or coupons from qualifying purchases will be prorated and deducted from the refund.
